CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 14 days before arrival:
Free cancellation is possible.

 

From 13 days before arrival:
In case of cancellation, 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

No-show:
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount will also be charged.

 

Cancellation form:
Cancellations must be made in writing – by email or letter.

 

Force majeure:
In the event of force majeure (e.g., official travel restrictions, natural disasters), we strive to find accommodating and individual solutions in the interest of our guests.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total price of the booking.
